The hotel that we stayed in while in San Fran was located along a hiking path next to the ocean. On the first day of the visit I discovered the Coyote Point Environmental Education Center along this path, http://www.coyoteptmuseum.org/. It was not open at the time of my discovery, but outside the center was a display of an Inka Biospheric system. This hydroponic system produces both vegetables and edible fish while recycling the nutrients and powered by both solar and wind. This system can help feed the world's people while not depleting our resources or polluting our rivers or oceans. You can check out a short video on this revolutionary system at http://vimeo.com/7685266
